FR90

  • thermally insulated fire protection system; structures made on the basis of the FR90 system are characterized by fire resistance class EI30 (E1), EI60 (E1)

    – 90 mm installation depth
    – symmetrical profile structure, central chamber filled with gypsum inserts (between thermal breaks): for EI30, all chambers filled with plaster for EI60
    – a system compatible with systems with 90 mm building depth (STAR)
    – possibility of using a double-chamber glazing unit (glazing: from 20 mm to 68 mm)
    – possibility of panel filling (60 mm thick panel): panels with mineral wool filling (Up = 0.57 W / m2K), panels with gypsum filling

MC FIRE

  • mullion-transom wall system designed for the construction and implementation of lightweight fire curtain walls in fire resistance class EI60
  • the structure of the system is based on a load-bearing skeleton structure composed of vertical (mullions) and horizontal (bolts) aluminum profiles 55 mm wide
  • in order to obtain fire resistance of aluminum profiles, mullions and transoms have been equipped with special fireproof inserts – aluminum profiles filled with fireproof mass
  • the fire facade in the external appearance is identical to the mullion-transom facade; this allows us to make an optically invisible connection between the fire facade and the standard facade
  • effective fire protection for Aliplast systems is not at the expense of external appearance; at the same time, solutions proposed by Aliplast ensure maximum security and freedom of architectural design
    a wide range of decorative masking strips allows the facade to be given a modern and individual design

MC GLASS FIRE

  • semi-structural facade system designed for the design of fire-fighting facade structures
  • constructions made on the basis of the MC GLASS FIRE system are characterized by fire resistance class EI30, EI60 according to PN-EN 13501-2 + A1: 2010
  • filling:
    – Vetrotech insulated glass: 8 tempered / 16/25 Contraflam
    – internal fire glazing
  • fire inserts for mullions and transoms: aluminum profiles filled with fireproof cement mass Aestuver by Xella
  • fixing bolts to mullions – using 2 stainless steel pins; mullion and transom sockets are taped with temperature swelling tapes
  • the space between panes is filled with both heat and fire insulating materials
    in order to obtain a smooth outer surface, the gap is filled with UV resistant silicone
 

AF SLIDE

  • thermally insulated automatic fire door sliding system; structures made on the basis of the AF SLIDE system are characterized by fire resistance class EI30 according to PN-EN 13501-2 from 2016.
  • frames, columns and crossbars are made of sections consisting of two aluminum profiles joined together with a thermal break made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide; the central chambers of the sections are filled with AESTUVER fireproof mass based on cement produced by the German company Xella; external surfaces of aluminum profiles are covered with polyester powder or anodized coatings
    maximum tested construction: 4971 x 3627 mm
    maximum sash glass dimension: 1300 x 2500 mm

  • construction: double-leaf doors, sliding outwards with side and top lights
